ETHYLENE PROPYLENE DIENE MONOMER (EPDM)





EPDM is high durability, chemical resistance, and high endurance of temperature (-40° F

to 212 °F). It is considered popular in industrial applications because of the great resistance towards moisture, chemical and anti-freeze, therefore making it great for outdoor use.

Product example: Seals & Gaskets



SILICONE RUBBER





Extremely high resistant temperature (-103° F

to 500° F) with superior chemical resistant. Good flexibility & resistance to ozone, sunlight

& oxidation. Silicone rubber is a very good electrical insulator.

Product example: Cooking utensils, keypad, Gaskets



NEOPRENE RUBBER





This Neoprene rubber is resistance to some

oils, chemicals, and weathering. Very good resistance to abrasion. Different quality of Neoprene has different softness, flexibility

and durability.

STYRENE BUTADIENE RUBBER (SBR)





SBR is a good abrasion and water resistant material. It is a great option for application

that require toughness, resilience, durability

& moderate high temperature. It is said to be cost-effective applications.

Product example: Conveyor belts, Hoses, Footwear



NATURAL RUBBER





Natural rubber is very ultra elastic with excellent strength, stretch-ability & tear resistance. However, it is not recommended to use it outdoor or exposed as it is poor to weather,

oils and solvent.

Product example: Rolls, hose, gaskets



ISOBUTYLENE ISOPRENE (IIR)





IIR famous for its excellent impermeability to gases. Besides the flexibility and weather resistance, IIR is an excellent resistance to ozone, oxidation and sunlight. Ideal for vibration damping and shock absorption applications.

It also has resistance to chemicals & to most inorganic products.

Product example: Inner tubes of tires, O-ring, bottle closures

EVA FOAM





EVA foam is widely known, although some might not notice. It has impact and shock absorption, weather, chemical and oil resistance.

It also waterproof.

Product example: Footwear insoles, life-jacket, buoys



POLYURETHANE FOAM (PU)





PU Foam is cushioning, flexible and lightweight with good sound absorption. It is a heat insulator, plus has low thermal conductivity.

With its soft texture, it is widely used as

part of furniture making.

POLYETHYLENE FOAM (PE)





PE Foam has an excellent buoyancy and anti- static. It is non-dusting, weather and chemical resistance. Excellent shock and water absorption, chemicals solvents and

oils resistant.
